Whoa—a LOT happened yesterday!
Hello Bossity Babes!
aka Boss Babes of San Diego—we've got a new name!
Hey Babes, it’s Nova!
WOW. Yesterday’s event was so much more than I could have ever anticipated. I was so moved by the way you showed up, shared and held space for one another as we called in our futures...because it’s already happened ;)
We mingled, laughed, and then jumped straight into creating our future now vision boards. But this wasn't just making vision boards—this was us choosing and claiming from the version of ourselves who already has our heart’s desires.
Because there were so many of us, we split into big groups for our roundtable sharing portion. As we shared what we put on our vision boards and why, we spoke out futures in thepast tense—because it’s already done! Let's keep this a habit as we speak about ourselves and our lives throughout the year. As we continue meeting monthly, we get to keep each other accountable and support each other as we bring our visions to life!
What a privilege it is to witness and support each other becoming who we’re meant to be. THANK YOU to every woman who showed up—YOUR energy is what makes this community what it is.

Okay... so about the name change 😅
As I shared last night, Boss Babes of San Diego needed a new name. It was a bit too close to something that already exists, and we want to stand out with a name that reflects our original, authentic identity.
On a whim, I looked up the definition of the word “boss” and here's what I found:
(Boss): one who makes decisions in their own author(ity).
That's when it clicked. And Bossity Babes was born!
It’s aligned. It’s ours. And it still honors everything we’ve built together so far.
This community is meant to stay aligned, intentional, and heart-led as we grow. Please take a few minutes to share about your experience at yesterday’s event and anything else you’d like me to know.
I appreciate all of you more than you know. Bossity Babes is the community I always needed—and I’m so grateful we get to build it together.
